What BCACHC does for members

Our goal is to support the needs of existing and aspiring Community Health Centres (CHCs) and to create initiatives to engage, support, and advocate for our members. We support CHCs through consulting, communications and evaluation capacity, shared services, networking, and educational events.

We are currently expanding and refining our service offerings, and we encourage prospective members to sign up for updates about new opportunities. BCACHC also serves members with direct advocacy at decision-making tables, particularly as CHCs are integrated within Primary Care Networks. Join our Slack Community to connect with other members.

Supporting CHCs

Community Health Centres individually in BC feel so small compared to the huge public system, but we do so much in our communities. BCACHC enables STEPS to be heard and represented at the provincial level, provides connection and support from other CHC's with learning opportunities, and supports us at a local level to successfully integrate and navigate the existing public health system.
