About the project
This Canada Vaccine Project is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), with the goal of identifying the barriers to access to the COVID-19 vaccine and supporting that health practitioners and communities to increase in vaccine confidence. We are grateful to be working alongside our partners at the Canadian Association of CHCs and 3 other provincial jurisdictions: the Nova Scotia Association Community Health Centres, the Manitoba Association of Community Health Centres, and the Ontario Alliance.
