Our Mission and Vision

Our Strategy
BCACHC was established in 2017 with five CHC members and have since grown to 46 members. We support operational and aspiring CHC teams in both urban and rural communities by focusing on four goal areas.
Leadership
Elevate BCACHC and the CHC network as trusted leaders driving innovation in health care.
Foundation
Strengthen BCACHC’s internal systems, funding, and governance to ensure long-term stability and strategic impact.
Membership
Empower and grow a strong, cohesive CHC network through capacity building, shared services, and clear standards.
Advocacy
Advance the CHC movement by building political support, aligning sector voices, and engaging the public in championing community-based care.
Our Team
BCACHC is governed by a volunteer board made up of representatives from member CHCs. The staff team works closely with the board, as well as our members and our partners, to bring the BCACHC strategy to life.
